boolean j_printf_set_charconv char *  fromcode,
char *  tocode
 

Setup charset conversion.

Parameters:
fromcode [in] input charset name (only libjcode accepts NULL)
tocode [in] output charset name, or NULL when disable conversion
Returns:
TRUE on success, FALSE on failure.
